I am the creator of The Healthy Tribe and firm a believer that everyone has the POWER to create a life they love, with the right support and systems in place.

I’m an Emergency Medicine PA, former wilderness guide, and lifelong wellness nerd. My path has been shaped by personal challenges—from years of undiagnosed gut issues to orthopedic injuries and caring for my mom at the end of her life. Those experiences lit a fire in me: health isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity, and it starts with simple, powerful habits.

Whole foods, strong muscles, and intentional living are now non-negotiables in my life — and the foundation of how I coach. My method blends the science of medicine with deep, whole-person care.

Whether you’re stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready to feel good in your body again, I’m here to help you build strength, balance, and real momentum — with zero judgment and full support.
