I am feeling so good! I literally woke at 5.30 Friday morning(slept5.5 hours), was active with 10k steps before I went to work night shift(no nap), worked all night and went to sleep 9.30 am and wide awake 11.40 am. Literally.....believe me, I tried to go back to sleep but this beautiful fall day is calling so might as well be up moving. And....I work overnight tonight. Cara, you are a force of nature, inspiration and so awesome to be supporting better health for everyone!
Hello, Healthy Tribe. This week I have worked out 2 times seriously but tried to do movements whenever I was able to. I hit protein goals and really still ate whatever I wanted but I am fasting18/6. I found this method works for me. I stop eating about 3. This has been a life saver because I sleep better and have also hit my sleeping hours goal for at least 5 days. I drink about 70 Oz of water. In my water I put a tablespoon of ACV and electrolyte drops. I love leftovers and that has helped tremendously because I can eat on my schedule. I am happy to tell you that as of this morning I am down 4 lbs. I can't believe it. Thank you Healthy Tribe family!!
